I contacted Locksmith Express regarding the installation of a Schlage door handle & Encode lock. Rado promptly replied and provided me with knowledgeable and helpful information. I quickly decided I did not have to look any further. Rado arrived as booked, and completed the services requested without any problems. Efficient, informative, and very courteous. He continued to help me at my request, with linking the lock with another device. This was not his responsibility, yet he did not hesitate to attempt this for me. As my settings were incorrect, he was not able to do this, but had taken his valuable time to attempt this. Thanks Rado, for your excellent service. From the start to the finish, I was impressed. I have been a customer of Underhill's Landscaping for many years., and continue to receive compliments on the appearance of my lawns. If I need advice, the office staff Joyce and Faith are there to help. Jamie offers his knowledge and suggestions to help any concerns I may have, when my services are done. I had kept record of this Company after seeing them on a CTV news Consumer Report in 2014. Decided to call them for duct and dryer vent cleaning. I was VERY impressed with the service from the initial booking with secretary Kathe, to the finish. Paul and Joe arrived on time, with a courtesy call to inform me they were in the area. Polite, very pleasant, informative and clean equipment. No questions were left unanswered. On finding an issue with my furnace humidifier few days after their visit, I called Kathe to question this with Paul. Prompt reply and visit without any hesitation. Once again, very informative with suggestions and a referral to help with the issue. I compliment their excellent and caring customer service and would certainly recommend this family owned company. After receiving 4 quotes to repair a cracked foundation, I decided to go with City Wide . (family owned and run). On requesting a reference, I spoke with a customer in my neighbourhood who was very satisfied and complimentary to the employees and work done. Prior to my work being started, I needed some unexpected water removal to be done in my backyard. Lynn and Chris immediately took care of me and sent staff with a draining pump in less than an hour. From my first phone call to Lynn (mother /Secretary), the meeting with Chris (son/Manager) for the estimate, and to the completion of the job to the present state, I am very impressed and pleased. All of my concerns and many questions have been answered efficiently by Lynn, Chris, and the working team members, who have been pleasant and courteous at all times. I have trust, respect, and gratitude for this Company who has helped me deal with some stressful situations, and would highly recommend them.
