I have used this company twice not with excellent results. First in our primary home where our puppy pulled the (older) carpet away from a hardwood connecting spot. He was able to stretch the carpet and make a small repair using a little bit of extra carpet from close to the wall. Nothing is noticeable and it looks seamless. The second was at a rental unit we have that needs to be showing well, and the tenants cat pulled a bit on an edge where it meets a metal trim next to tile. Again, excellent results. We highly recommend this company.
