Happy with their subtrades and subtrade workmanship, but Westview as a home builder has terrible customer service, does not reply or address your concerns, and is bad at scheduling and finishing up warranty/seasonal work. It is unfortunate because regardless of the finished product, Westview does not understand the whole purpose of why people use homebuilders rather than hire it out themselves, and have made it a bad experience. 4 out of 10 because 3/5 for satisfied with product, 0/5 if I would recommmend them to friends and family.
