I wish I had read the review above before I bought a voucher (3 rooms and stairs/hall) with this company. I had originally scheduled for Wednesday this past week, which they had to cancel because of weather. We rescheduled for Friday afternoon. Come Friday morning, they called and said that they were running behind and if they could come in the evening. They also suggested Saturday first thing in the morning, but we were busy, so my husband was okay to stay at home Friday evening. We told them that they could come Friday evening and they told us to call if we weren't going to be home. They didn't show up. And when I called on Saturday morning, they did not try to be helpful at all. They were not at all apologetic and they blamed my husband, saying that the was rude and told them to forget about coming. I was present during aforementioned conversation and it shocks me that a company who claims to have cleaned carpets for over 30 years and to have a respectable business would make up some outrageous story to cover their tracks. This is the first time I have ever written a review and I do so out warning anyone who is researching this company.
