Bill returned my calls quickly, got the info and said he would get back to me when there was suitable weather. Bill did call back with an appointment, came when they said, and did a GREAT job. Bill also took steps to save us money on the total job. Great to deal with, true to his word, and very personable!

Our experience started with a thoroughly knowledgeable and professional Salesperson. They delivered and installed early, which was very fortunate. The installation crew were also very courteous and professional. They did a GREAT job and fast; 10 windows and a patio door in about 7.5 hours. The product is as good as anyone's; we really looked around before choosing Atlantic. I would recommend Atlantic to my best friends because of the product and thoroughly professional staff. Window style assistance was excellent; very happy with our choices.

Give away their product? Seriously, I can't think of anything.

A yearly service contract for 6 appliances costs about $170.00. When called for appliance repairs, they respond quickly, get a service person out to the house quickly who repairs appliances correctly the first time, and then they follow up to see if the job has been done to our satisfaction.

Any extended warranties that you can purchase for appliances through the vendor cost almost as much for 1 appliance as this costs for 6. And....they get to you faster with repairs!!!!!
