Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Excellent customer service department especially Mrs Jennilee who was very helpful in setting the installer appointment and making sure that everything went well and timely as promised. I will definitely recommend this company for whoever would like to install a sump pump or has an issue with their wet basement.
