The butlers have been cleaning my home biweekly since the start of their company. I have experienced their growing pains, their learning curves with working with a new company but through it all Savio has had excellent communication with me to ensure my satisfaction. Presently my team is consistent, on time, thorough and ultimately does an excellent job. I am able to leave and come home and enjoy a clean home. Savio is very flexible and accommodating in regards to holidays and rescheduling or adding extra services. The price is fair and has not gone up since I started with them years ago.

I have used PPC on three separate occasions. During the summer we had carpenter ants in the back deck - success...then there were wasps in our front porch inside the walls - success ... And now in the middle of winter - we have a mouse issue. (We have a large property and home so because we are repeat customers he gave us a break on the mice control). I have to say Jim is courteous, clean, arrives when he says he will, knowledgable and experienced and a pleasure to do business with. He respects our home and the people in it and answered all my questions. I will not hesitate to call PPC again in the future. Competitively priced - very quick to respond and fix the problem(s). I appreciate talking with Jim and not a phone call centre somewhere in china. Keep up the great work (I hope we don't need you too soon).

Duct cleaning is a very stressful procedure with all the companies out there that are fraudulent and with being new to a city and province. I am pleased to say I know I chose the right company. The guys were polite and clean. They did what they were supposed to do. They found original flooring and a coffee cup in the return. They were efficient and went to work promptly. They also noted I put the furnace filter in the wrong direction - and checked the coils and fan (which we have insured). They did not cut any more holes in the ducts than needed. The price was 300$ cheaper than another quote and they were here for 2-3 hours compared to the 6-8 quoted by another company. I know my ducts are free from debris and the flooring Reno dust. Thank you. Please continue being a reputable duct company - I will recommend to anyone who asks and will call again in 5-7 years.
