I hired this company to move several musical instruments. First communication was pleasant, but that changed quickly. They had a 3 hour window to show up at the pickup and finish between scheduled events. The property manager had to show up on a day he usually does not work, and McNally movers were late! They also showed up at the drop off location late. The were given specific details to the nature of the drop off and when they got there claimed they did not have the man power to do the job. Had to call over people to help them complete their job. Not only that, not all instruments in the agreement were picked up. Upon talking to the owner Ken McNally about picking up the missed instruments, he became very vulgar and rude on the phone and claimed the instruments were not in contract. That is nonsense since he was given very specific details on the amount of instruments and adjusted his price accordingly prior to the move. Eventually they did deliver the remaining instruments. I am a professional in the music industry and have personally witnessed many instrument moves. I thought I would give McNally Piano Movers a try. Never again. Save your money and stress. Go with a more reputable mover.
