I have been preparing my house for sale and of course want to make it look good to get a good price. I also have loved the home and want to pass it over to a new owner in excellent shape so they can enjoy it as nuch as we have. It'sincredible all the little things you have put up with that are easy to fix, but take some attention. Whenever we have come up with any job. I run down to the Home Depot and can find what I need and the advice to help me do the job.

We were helping our daughter set up a new house and got amazing deals on several furniture items that had very little or negligible damage. We got a Set of tables for her living room that listed for $699 for $150 and a headboard and footboard that listed for $699 for $200. None of these items have noticable damage.
