The Bathrooms look great. The Project Manager Alex was very helpful & the individual Contractors were skilled & very neat. We are happy with the entire project.

We initially began our dealings with the Moose Group LTD in January/2024 with a deposit. We then met again on Feb/5/24 to pick out our fixtures with our assigned Designer Sang who then left for a 2 week Vacation & not much correspondence from her after that. The actual demolition did not start until March/13/24 despite being told it was to begin in February. The project was finally finished on May/22/24. We don't have a problem with the actual work that was done on the two bathrooms however the amount of time it took to bring this Reno to completion was ridiculous. The reasons for this over the top timeframe was due to lack of communication in the form of unanswered phone messages, cancelled work dates & lack of available tradesmen. The bottom line is that we were treated as unimportant because other projects took precedent over ours constantly & renovating two small bathrooms should not have taken such a long time. The Company Sales person Steve led us to believe that this Project would take 4 to 6 weeks. We would not recommend Moose Group to our Relatives our Friends although we were going to do so initially to our Daughters for their upcoming renovations.
