I had to replace 16 windows and have a new window cut out for my building. The salesman Illia came out and took the time to go through with me all my options and accommodated me on the colour and style that i was looking for. On the day of installation his crew came out and got right to work and of course with every construction job you usually run into an issue but the supervisor advised me of the issue and of the solution. And they fixed it right away. I was also very impressed that they did not leave until the job was completely done. After installation I had an issue with a window not closing properly and I call Illia and told him of the issue he sent in a repair request and they came out right away to fix it. And Illia even called after the service to ensure everything was to my satisfactory. I would refer this company to my friends and family because not only did they do a wonderful job but when an issue occurred they dealt with it professionally and in a reasonable time frame. Great Job and I love my new windows.
