From start to finish everything was top notch. My first contact was with Patricia, she responded to my email enquiry promptly. Patricia explained very clearly how to send her the measurements, then she sent me a quote very quickly. We arranged a date for the work, everything was done exactly as asked, we are delighted with the end job. The plumber and counter top installer were all great to deal with. What a pleasure it is these days to get such excellent customer service, sadly so lacking in many establishments.
