Poor workmanship, shady promises, leaking eaves, would not return to fix the defects. Many broken promises. I was very understanding however OWNER never came through. I should have held 20% back on this contractor for a year. Tried to slip through sections of the eavestrough with a high gloss finish versus the flat finish that was used for the complete home eaves install. I am a senior and now have to hire another contractor to fix the defects. I offered a compromise he ignored the communications. Do not take his word he does not work with clients.
