We have just finished developing our basement with Greg and Cobalt Developments. Greg was a pleasure to work with. He was very responsive to questions and emails, very friendly and eager to help. He accommodated a number of requests. The project was done on time and budget (with us adding a few options on as we went along). We are very satisfied with the final product, and would have no hesitation recommending Cobalt for a basement development or other similar work.

We were very happy with Nu-Way during the new build process. We picked out all of our flooring (hardwood, tile and carpet), picked our paint colors, and made all of our backsplash selections with Nu-Way. We are very happy with how it turned out. Meredith at Nu-Way was great to work with - even when we changed our minds on more than half the choices!
