I found Joe on Home stars and was comforted by the reviews of others. Joe was great. He made solving our problem a priority. He is knowledgeable, patient, thorough and very professional. He answers his phone and e-mail promptly, even though he is very busy. He showed up when he said he would and called when he was going to be 15 mins behind schedule because of traffic (I wouldn't have even considered this late). He explained in detail what needed to be done to get rid of our bed bugs, and did exactly what he said he would do. Joe has come back to our house to follow up and make sure our bed bugs are gone and he has even offered to come out again to proactively treat the new bed I will be buying for my son. Although I hope not to require any pest control assistance in the future, I will call Joe if the need arises.

I take bed bugs really seriously and consider them one of the hardest structural pests to remove. I book a whole day for a bed bug treatment and plan it accordingly.Typical treatments require me to be on my hands and knees with a magnifying glass to look for the bugs and their eggs. The beds are taken apart and furniture turned inside out and upside down in order to find them all. Its a lot of work but has to be done correctly the first time or there will be call backs.
