Contracted Kurian construction to develop the basement with an office room, attached 3 piece bath and a storage area and upgrade the stairs. The team did a great job. Used all quality parts, completed the work in accordance with the applicable Codes and regulations for electrical, plumbing and the rest of the work. They started and finished the job without any long pauses in between, without any supervision or follow up calls. They also arranged all the other tradespeople and scheduled the work to flow smoothly, thus avoiding the burden from homeowners to find those trades. We were quite happy with the work. See attached pictures. We would recommend Kurian construction for any handyman, construction work.
