They charged us $296 to install a faucet within 2 days. After 2 days, they called and postponed to another 10 days. We asked to cancel the order and charge us only the visit ($84) but they refused to refund the remaining $212 and kept the $296. We had to hire someone else to install the faucet.

We refunded you back the $212. Only item that was charged was the site fee. Delay was due to supplier shipment because you requested a new faucet to be installed. That is not in our control.
