In my request for fall leaves cleanup & Removal, I have included photos of the piled leaves and the length of the piles. The workman started complaining of the extent of the work within 10min. Of his arrival and even messaged me a few times complaining and in one message he wrote money grab. Half way he stopped and still paid him the full amount. I had to finish the the job myself and I am a senior.

On my arrival and assessment the job valued way more than our negotiated price of $200.00 . Oncommencement of the work material cost and dump fees

Also you extended the work by proceeding to pile up additional leaves . You were informed of where I agreed to do your job and that additional fees to dump will cost...my client Sam is fully aware that he needed to pay more due to the extensive work and was very cheap..I have to emphasize my client never wanted to pay the extras so I strongly recommend he check the current rates in the future..
So my client review is very inaccurate I must say in any business you have to renegotiate once the work conditions are unsuitable and I was surprised to see the deplorable condition this home was in due to negligence of this client and is unkept property.
