Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. My father has been trying to get his microwave oven fixed since the summer of 2022. He purchased a new oven, washer & dryer, oven, and microwave oven through Miele. We've had multiple technicians in who have determined that the microwave will never work again (there was last someone here in December of 2022, but then they sent us a report confirming that in JUNE 2023). So many emails not responded to or not actually addressing the issue at hand. These appliances were thousands of dollars and they were purchased new but we were given the showroom appliances which were many years old already and when we reported the microwave not working it was still within warranty so we should have had a replacement. Today I spent 2 hours on hold and then a message came on saying they were now closed and then the call ended. It was 2pm PST and the hours online are until 7pm EST so I should have had two more hours.
