Toronto Clear View did a thorough cleaning of my troughs. My roof is steep and there are many different sections of trough on dormers, additional porch areas, wraparounds, etc. I also have gutter guard on three 2nd story sections. Andre removed the section of guard at each downpipe, checked for debris and used a blower on each downpipe. On the open troughs he cleaned out the debris, used the blower in the troughs and on each downpipe. Andre also took before and after pictures of each section of trough and they were emailed to me by the company. He cleaned up thoroughly after he was finished and showed great respect for my property as well. I will not hesitate to call Clear View again in the spring and next fall.

I will highly recommend PMT to my friends & family. I only wanted guards in the highest areas of my home. Ones I couldn't reach myself. Phil listened carefully to what I wanted. He did not try to upsell. He is honest and his price was fair. Phil and his crew were conscientious, efficient and ahead of schedule. Thanks for a job well done.

I was extremely pleased with Home Painters professionalism. Ryan was the field consultant who came and did the estimate. He brought a company folder explaining about the company being in business for 30 years, how they are fully insured with Workers Compensation, General Liability Insurance and full criminal background checks on their crews. They have a 2 year guarantee on their work and flexible payment options as well. They have also won numerous awards. Dave the handyman/repair person did an excellent job of replacing the ends of the gingerbread trim. He was neat and efficient. Ben the painter, also did an excellent job. There was quite a bit of scraping and sanding involved. Ben placed tarps down everywhere so all the scrapings were taken away. He neatly painted everything with 2 coats. I received calls from a project manager every morning to tell me when Ben would be arriving. On completion, another project manager came out to inspect the job and make sure I was satisfied. I do all my interior painting, so I am extremely fussy. I couldn't have done a better job myself. I have already mentioned Home Painters to my family and friends and how pleased I am. Thank you for the great job.

My kitchen drain was badly clogged. I tried vinegar & baking soda, plunging, Draino and a 20 ft. auger. I kept at it for quite a few days. I knew I needed a drain specialist, so I finally called Mr. Rooter. Ron Jackson arrived within 2 hours of my call. He put down drop sheets to protect my floors and set to work. The clog was quite a bit further into my drain than the 20 ft. When Ron reached the clog, he continued to add additional lengths to make sure there were no more obstructions. He was neat, clean, thorough and respectful of my home. I also asked him for info. on a backwater valve to be installed. He took the time to look at my property and explain the 2 different methods of installation, inside or outside. Ron emailed me a quote on this and I am considering having this done as well. I would not hesitate to refer Mr. Rooter to my friends and family.

I had 4 companies out to my house to give me an estimate on aluminum siding on a small dormer. One was ridiculously high, one didn't even get back to me with a quote. One was about the same price as VCS but he didn't do the work. I liked the fact that Vitaliy would be doing the job himself. The siding was a special order that would take about 3 seeks to come in. The siding arrived within 2 weeks and Vitaliy did the job right away (ahead of time!!!!). He was meticulous with his work. I would recommend VCS to all my family and friends.

My very well maintained house was built in 1954. Plaster walls, sloped ceilings, different roof levels. I had water damage due to ice damning. I had 3 estimates. The other 2 well known Toronto companies would not get on my roof or take pictures. They both said my first option was to rip out my kneewalls. When I said absolutely not, the 1st sent an estimate with venting to be done by a "handyman"???? (no thanks). The 2nd said strap over existing roof & put new roof & shingles on???? (would this even comply with bldg. codes???) His 2nd option, heat cables under shingles???? (another thing to break down or go wrong). Little did these 2 companies know, I'm an extremely handy person myself and I've been around for a while. They just wanted to do whatever was fastest & easiest for them with no regard for me or my house. Then along came Bill, owner of Brookside. He went in my attic & took pictures, he went on my roof, measured & took pictures. He returned with the pictures blown up to 8X11 & a written estimate. He explained how he would open the soffit vents which were blocked by blown in insulation. He said he would cut the roofing boards to slide in baffles and he suggested ridge vents. Bill said it would be done a section at a time. He said he would oversee the job because it was very complicated. Well my choice was obvious. Bill had nothing but respect for my home. They started on time, Tues May 14. And true to his word Bill was there every day. Bill, Robert & Kevin arrived between 7:30 & 8 am every day & worked 12 hours a day and almost non stop. Bill called me outside numerous time to show me how the soffit vents were opened, to show me how the roof boards were cut and the baffles and ridge vents installed. Again he took numerous pictures. They were neat & tidy and cleaned up each day before leaving.They tried to finish on Fri May 17 but couldn't so they returned on the Sat. morning of their much needed holiday weekend for 2 hrs. to complete the job. I have never hired a company before that worked so hard & diligently. I will definitely recommend Brookside to my family and friends.
