Great service in the store, nice discounts, and terrific delivery service. The only thing I can think that is negative is their 10 day delivery mandate. We are moving on November 26th and unfortunately we had to have the washer/dryer delivered to our old house and now have to bring it with us to our new house by the movers, so that was not convenient to us. Also, do we really need an email, text AND phone call. I think one or 2 of those reminders will suffice. 3 is too many in my opinion. Otherwise everything was great and on time.

Matthew was great to work with, before and after. He came over promptly and gave us a quote right away. Unlike other contractors, he returns his calls and e-mails. We received 5 different quotes and chose his company for his quote which was very reasonable and his business sense. Matthew and his crew took 5 days to complete the 400 square foot patio and it looks amazing and we are very happy with the outcome. He mentioned to us we needed drainage because we have a pool, so they did need an extra day to complete the job as our ground was hard clay and they had to work so hard to dig the holes. We love our patio and glad we chose Bluestone to do it. We especially love our stone slabs. It looks beautiful. Thanks Matthew!

We interviewed 3 companies before we chose P&P and glad we made this choice. Natanael gave us a timeline of 13-15 days and it was finished exactly on time. We chose and paid for all the tiles, lighting, faucets, bathtub, vanities and they did the rest. We are very pleased with the work and have no problem recommending them. A special thanks to Mauricio for putting up with my changes without a fuss. I really appreciated that. Our bathroom looks beautiful now.

Derek and his crew did an excellent job of cutting down an old, huge locust tree that was in my backyard, over the pool area and patio. Then cut down 3 cedars that were darkening my kitchen. What a difference! His team is quick and efficient, on time, and clean up really well after. I would recommend and will use them in the spring for the extra trees we have to cut down.

I moved into a 25 year old home which had ceramic floors going from the kitchen, through the hall and into the laundry room, a large area. The grout was thick and black and there were little spots of dirt all over the tiles. Alec and Greg did an amazing job of cleaning the floors - I don't recognize them - they are white! So clean and a pleasure to look at and walk on. I would highly recommend this company and for a reasonable price!

do not use these people - they do not do a good job and I will never use them again. I asked for one colour and they gave me the wrong colour - they finish is not good - I asked for Semi-Gloss and got Matte - I asked for dark and got light - they made a mess of my baseboards - they don't do good work and are very slow to respond. they have a salesperson called Lawrence who comes out to see you, talks up a storm and then you never hear from him again. Messy, messy young men who have no sense of customer service
