Rob was delayed in traffic due to a severe rainstorm. He called in advance to say he might be delayed which was appreciated even though he was only a few minutes late. When he arrived we described our severely clogged kitchen sink issue and he got right to work. After 20 minutes Rob was able to clear our drain and solve our sink issue. Excellent service. Arrived on time and installed the new ice maker in our fridge in no time at all. We ordered the part (back-ordered), and quoted the cost and installation costs in advance. When the part arrived true to their word they came back and installed. Totally professional. Very honest and respectful. We will sure use them again if anything else come up.
