We have worked with many contractors and companies on renovation and home improvement projects - some good, some great. I place Kevin, the owner, and his Deckify team at the very top of the list - they are fantastic. We hired Deckify to build a relatively complex 800-square-foot deck around our new pool, and every step of the project went well, from the first phone call to Deckify to the follow-ups after the completion of the project. When we first reached out to discuss the project in March 2023, there was still a lot of snow on the ground. While many companies told us to call back in the spring, Kevin came out to see us that very weekend. He shoveled snow around our house and the old deck to make room to take measurements, spent a lot of time discussing the project with us, and immediately started designing the deck on his laptop to give us a sense of options and prices. We had a follow-up meeting a week later and, with Kevin's advice and guidance, found ways to adjust the design to meet our budget. He then created a detailed project plan and work began as soon as the weather permitted. The Deckify team and suppliers that they work with were all excellent - thank you to Danny, Franz, Evan, and everyone else involved. The project took several weeks to complete, and communication was very good throughout. We had to make a few adjustments along the way, and Kevin was very helpful and responsive in answering my many questions, always provided expert advice, and was very accommodating to make the required changes. The end result was excellent - a beautiful deck, built on time, on budget, and the entire process exceeded our expectations. Overall very professional, friendly, flexible, responsive, competitively priced and all around terrific. I highly recommend Deckify.
