Locked door. Technician suggested replacing the lock and making new keys with smart key feature. Sold us spare keys to use. Wrong advice since the lock broke after following their advice. Follow up call s to manager/owner- he was very rude. Vet poor treatment of female customer. Very sad!! Don't hire them...........took advantage of a panicked customer with lost keys. Pathetic, rude and very unprofessional follow up service.

The original call was an emergency lock out , that was performed in a timely matter.
Once unlocking the lock a new lock was chosen by the customer out of several options. extra keys were sold followed by costumer's request. the lock chosen has a specific option which was explained to the costumer how to operate. costumer failed to operate the function explained and broke the new lock installed. we sent another technician to help and correct the problem but explained that since the customer had broken the lock they would have to purchase a new lock.
Please note that we stand behind our work and will go back to our customers and change a defective lock for no extra charge.
A big part of our business is accommodating emergency calls and we by NO means take advantage of our customers!
The customer had several options and was free to decide according to her preference the lock to be installed.
We regret that this situation had come to this and value our customers and their business.
