Deposit was paid for a job involving some woodwork, concrete repair and fencing. Contractor seemed very knowledgeable and convincing, with contract, references, and ID provided. Quick to respond but now cell phone mailbox is full, driver's licence number provided is fake (also viewed OHIP card, and Care Card as he said he just moved from BC). His name is Brian McNeil and his company is KBS Contracting, or was in my case. Email is kbs_contracting@ymail.com. I hope this ad will help protect others from this fraud.

Brent was quick, professional, and very personable. He also offered to accept any follow up questions, and sent along pictures of the house free of charge. I would reccomend him to anyone.

Thank you Tim for the feedback ! Interesting, when I first read the review and came across the word "quick", it stopped me. I don't like the word "quick" and "home inspection" in the same sentence. Then I remembered...ahhh...one of the house flippers who use my services has left feedback! Just to let the reader know, young entrepreneurs such as Tim here want to know what to expect when renovating. I can help with the guidelines of what it should cost.
