I certainly did NOT have a positive experience with #premiumhomeservicesinc.. i requested service on my fireplace Rob repaired some minor items by tightening some screws and charged me a diagnostic fee?? of $ 152.55! the fireplace did not work the next day! He did tell me that unit needed another part and i sent him the model# details he requested. Frequent calls and an email were ignored for weeks Without any response from them, i told them I would prefer to move forward with the repair with another contractor.
