We worked with Andy and the Stratas team for a third floor addition, multi-level extension and full gut reno on our semi-detached home. The entire experience with Stratas was very positive, from the initial planning and committee of adjustments process, through the reno and all the design work. Communication with the team was easy and we were made aware of any issues right away, with clear solutions offered. Stratas has also been great about taking care of any small issues that have arisen since we wrapped up our reno, including coming back three years later to deal with a leak at no additional cost. Overall I would highly recommend Andy and the whole Stratas team, and hope to work with them again on a future project.
