Terrible company! We hired SBI Landscaping to plant 8 lilac bushes and 2 large spruce trees. The lilac bushes all died within a month following the recommended watering schedule. We contacted the company to ask for help, and were told that they probably were not dead, and to wait until the spring. If they were dead, they offered to replace them at cost, but they did not honor this. The spruce trees have also died. We contacted the company again to ask for help as 0 out of the 10 trees/shrubs that were planted survive. We were treated extremely rudely and were told it was all of our fault. We recommend to use another landscape company at all costs! Terrible landscaping job and even worse customer service!!
