Saw similar prod elsewhere at much better price. Sales lady went out of her way to get competitor price and then offered similar pricing. Initially, she was friendly but seemed to get irate when we did not commit to purchase immidiately

Very helpful information about the best BBQ. Also, when BBQ we purchased could not be found in stock, sales person personally went to pick it up from the warehouse on his day off! The doors on the BBQ were not as specified in the brochure so salesperson switched them for us
