I would be remiss if I did not highlight the exceptional contribution of Jack, the Operations Controller. His professionalism was evident from day one. Not only did he engage wonderfully with my young child, making him feel comfortable and at ease, but he also exemplified a warm, approachable demeanor that put our entire family at ease during the process. On the day of the sealing, we were thoroughly informed about the timing and logistics, which further showcased their organisational prowess. However, what truly left a lasting impression was Jack and his team's remarkable attention to detail and proactive nature. During the course of the project, Jack noticed a concrete corner block that had fallen off, a remnant of work done by another contractor last year. Without us mentioning it, he kindly took the initiative to find and repair the broken piece before sealing the area. When I returned home and noticed this unexpected yet thoughtful repair, I was genuinely astounded. Additionally, they cleaned up all the power washer debris and blown leaves from both our sidewalks, curbs, and the neighbor's. This small but meaningful gesture spoke volumes about their character and commitment to ensuring every aspect of our driveway was not only completed to a high standard but also cared for as if it were their own. In conclusion, my experience with Crystaller Quality Sealing has been nothing short of transformative. Its close 5 years we have been using Air Force Duct cleaning services.
