Noticed after the install that one of the brackets on placed on the wall backwards. Informed the company and their original response was "is it really a big deal"? Once we Explained we paid plenty of money for this service they reluctantly sent the installer back over. Once the installer returned he made several comments about how it was no big deal and why does it bother us. He then went on to say that he could not fix it because it was a factory defect. He told us hiw they have been installing these facotry defects for quite a while and we were the ONLY people who had complained about it. THEY WERE KNOWINGLY INSTALLING DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS AND THEN GOT UPSET WITH US FOR POINTING IT OUT. The installer then took the blind down and told us he qould have to take it to the factory for a new one and it would take a week. It has been a month and the company has been very poor at contacting us and they claim there is no record of the scenario and that they spoke to the installer and he doesn't remember the situation. Funny that us being the ONLY PEOPLE TO EVER COMPLAIN were not memorable. WORST COMPANY IN THE WORLD. DON'T DEAL WITH THEM AND CHECK TO SEE IF YOUR BLINDS HAVE A BACKWARDS BRACKET.
