Ed is very realistic and down to earth and is a no nonsense person. He gives his opinion fair and straight up. At no point did I feel he was trying to deceive or up sell me. Unlike some other companies. His staff also reflect this. Initially my top panel had a warp and it was easy for his team to order a replacement and install under warranty. Ed even personally installed the replacement himself for me. Overall, I would recommend his team again. His no-nonsense, honest and down to earth customer service is refreshing and I am confident in the product I am buying. Wish I had more garage doors ... 10/10 would recommend
