We had damage to a rain downspout inside our warehouse. We explained the problem to their office and provided pictures. They quoted the work by email and booked the first available slot. The Plumbers showed up on time with all the required equipment and PPE. They broke open the concrete floor, dug out and cut out the damaged piping, and replaced it with new. Backfilled the hole and poured new concrete. Left the jobsite as clean as they found it. The job was done professionally and expediently. It was invoiced at the quoted price.
