I very much appreciated the prompt and attentive phone calls to go over the project details before and throughout the work, which looks great. I also appreciated suggestions of other improvements that could be made, which I was not necessarily aware of. We had some differing ideas of what the entire project entailed based on the text in the quote and communications (ie upper and lower railings or just the inside of the upper deck vs the outer surfaces too), but we were able to come to a compromise for completion of all surfaces of the upper deck.
