We had the team at Unique Touch Concrete Design polish the floors for durability and easy cleaning. The floor came out beautiful and they were quick, professional and nice people. Our problem was with the floor that was poured (not done by Unique Touch). I would recommend making sure that you know who is pouring your floor as the product can only be as good as the materials they are working with. I would hire them again!

We hired in Rockstella for the countertop in our basement kitchen. They were fast, affordable and personable. Everything was done over the phone or through email and the installation was smooth. I would recommend using them

We had a doorway that needed to be increased in height and moved over 4 inches. We also had some tuck pointing that needed to be done to stop a leak. The quote was given and the work started promptly. We are happy with the work and with the guys that worked on the site. They cleaned up and it was almost like they were never there. I would recommend them for any brick work you need done.

Our contract hired carved in stone to produce the treads for our staircase outside. They supplied samples and the product came exactly like the samples provided. We are happy with the quality of work and think they look exceptional.

I found an ad for Direct Overhead Doors on kijiji and checked them out on homestars. The reviews seemed good and the price advertised seemed really reasonable. I contacted them and they came right away to check out the reno. We put down a deposit and a couple of weeks later the custom order door was in and ready to be installed. The installer was quick and clean. I would recommend them to anyone that needs to replace a garage door. We did ours in glass and aluminum and really love the look.

We hired Shane to design and build us a custom office and the process was pretty seamless. We did end up changing the design completely from the original suggestion that we got from Clean Cut. We live in an old house where things are no longer straight lines and it is also a small space (5x7). We ran into issues with the build and things had to be changed. Clean Cut did make the changes and things aren't exactly as they were on the drawing. We were on budget, but over the expected time to install; Shane had just relocated is business so it might be partly due to this. I found Shane to be prompt and helpful and willing to do anything to make sure that we were satisfied. We requested touch up paint and Shane made sure that we got some. I would consider using them again.

After renovating the second floor of my house I called in Model Space Designs to help redress my now baren windows, which included two bedrooms, a skylight and a bathroom. At first there were some communication issues, which resulted in the project not moving along quite on time, but once that was resolved everything went along wonderfully. There was a snag when an item I was recommended and wanted didn’t exist with a certain company, but after finding the item by a different designer for a higher price, Model Space Designs acquired the item and matched the price! I will definitely use their services again.

Ward was excellent to deal with completing the work on budget and did an excellent job. The work completed was on an old house that had quite a bit of neglect around the eaves and roof. We had a flat roof replaced, cedar shakes added to the front of the house, and all of the eaves, soffit and facia replaced. We had quoted several other roofers before going with ward. We have recommended Leak Free several times to neighbours and they have also been happy with the work.
