It also includes the plumbing required before and after the installation - which meant not only saving the money that a plumber would charge, but also avoiding the suffering of days without water in the kitchen. George knew everything, and with ease, regarding plumbing, countertops, and just everything I asked or needed. His manners are kind, respectful and pleasant - which makes a big difference when working in your home (your sanctuary). His beautiful presence turned a potentially cumbersome experience into a pleasant exchange. The beautiful faucet he helped me choose (he has that kind of eye and touch) will keep reminding me of how a potentially overwhelming experience became a purely pleasant one.
