Unhappy

They pulled up the old sod, put down a miniscule amount of top soil, did a poor job of packing it down, then laid the new sod. It is totally lumpy and wavy. The did not take up all the quack grass, so now it is growing into our lovely new sod. They laid the sod over the neighbour's side because they were too tired to cut it in or even level it. He said he would be back if there was a problem. He won't answer the phone or email. Don't hire them if you want quality.
