We bought a Nordic Spa March 2012, heater went near the end of Nov / Dec 2012, now the Spa board has gone, took tech 1.5 weeks to come out and trouble shoot , we are entering our 3rd week now , it will take another 5 business days , CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS - DO NOT BUY PREMIUM WHOLESALE SPAS ...

We regret that we did not meet your expectations for the service and repair of your hot tub. Although we do strive to keep the majority of parts in stock for the various manufacturers spas we carry, we sometimes have to order a part directly from the manufacturer when we do not have it. Typically, this process will take 5 business days and once we receive the part we send out our technician to do the repair. It looks like it took a few extra days and we do apologize for the delay. We are glad that you are up and running but hope you will contact us to discuss. We are not happy unless you are satisfied.
