I would like to start by saying that the people who installed the windows were absolutely amazing and professional. The people who work in the office are the complete opposite. They spoke of how they would take care of all the necessary paper work to get a rebate for the energy saving windows. Instead of taking care of that they rushed us into having the windows installed because they arrived early and never have a pre assessment or paper work completed. After installation was complete we called to inquire about the rebate and instead of admitting their mistake they blamed us for not getting the assessment done because they know they would have told us they never make a mistake. Absolutely disgusting to say to a customer, if you are looking for an honest company that knows how to communicate effectively they are NOT that. I would not recommend the family that runs this business but to the people who installed our windows thank you. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Note that after leaving a review on google they wanted us to delete our google review without so much an an apology for their miscommunication. Brian who was also amazing deserves better.
