I contacted Clera for a new front door last year. The salesman we had was amazing and we agreed upon a specific door that would suit our house. When the guys came to install the door one of their workers cut through a live wire that we did not know was there. The supervisor (for the office we used) who should have been on the job never showed up, instead he said (via phone) we would be responsible for having to pay half the bill of the electrician because they don't cover that. When the electrician came to do the work she told me that the temporary fix that was applied by their worker could have caused my house to burn down if we did not have the breaker for that wire shut off at the electrical box! Then I had to wait over 2 months for the inside frame work to be done on my house, even though the supervisor knew the work had passed inspection the day after the electrician had been here. I had to contact the company 20 times, over a 2 month period, before someone finally came because the supervisor was never available. I have tried over and over to pay the funds unjustly owed to their company (even though they are supposed to have liability insurance for these 'accidents'), but no one bothered to get back to me. The door was overpriced compared to what I could have gotten with another company. I would never recommend this company for any door or window to be done. And just an FYI I am not the only one this has happened too!
