From the first site inspection by owner Joseph Shemesh through the installation, all was handled with the utmost professionalism. Joseph made suggestions to help me maximize storage space, while staying sensitive to my budget. The installer Chris was very efficient and made an effort to clean up after the job. High quality materials are used and I would definitely recommend them.
When was the last time you spoke directly to the owner of a retail store? Where have you seen the owner out on the floor helping customers? Looking for a unique bed frame and headboard I found such an item at GH Johnson's. My search at other stores up until this point was frustrated by hearing that the item was only available "as is" or "no,we can't do that". It was truly refreshing to walk into Johnson's and hear that they could do the custom work I required -and at no extra charge. What really stands out about dealing with Johnson's is how they handle anything that doesn't go as planned. Somewhere along the line the measurements were incorrect - the error may have been on my end and I ended up with a bed that was too short for the mattress. The owner, Pat assured me he would make everything right and stayed true to his word. Extra work on their end, as well as another delivery but Pat personally attended to getting this right, including numerous phone updates throughout the day. Pat Johnson cared about making sure I was happy with my purchase and I came to enjoy our regular chats.
