Called Capps for the first time and the woman who answers the phone is very helpful and pleasant to talk with. She answers all questions quite readily. Only had to wait a few business days for them to come do the duct cleaning in our back split home. I was sneezing and coughing every time the air conditioner started blowing so it was beyond needing to be done. Robert arrived on time and was very pleasant, efficient, and helpful. Got right to work and got it all done. Absolutely great service! I highly recommended them! Will definitely call them again in 2 or 3 years for the next cleaning. You are sure to be as satisfied and pleased with them and their work as I am.

When submitting my request to have a door handle set and lock replaced, Melvin answered that same afternoon. He was very pleasant to talk with and discuss my needs. I shopped online for a replacement and we agreed that I would let him know when it arrived which it did about two weeks later. The next morning, I left Melvin a phone message letting him know and received a response from him shortly after. He arranged to come out and replace my door lock set that very afternoon. He arrived with John and both men were very professional, very pleasant to talk with, and they patiently answered my every question. I enjoy watching and learning how things are done and they didnt mind in the least which I appreciated. The new set was installed perfectly. As well as their expertise, I greatly appreciated Melvins honesty. Had asked him to take the removed door handle/lock set and use it to replace the one on the back of our garage door because I was finding that handle very difficult to turn and open. He went out and looked at it and then told me he could take care of the handle so that I would be able to open it with no problem. He did and I could. This is a man who cares about his clients and does not take advantage of them. He could easily have made more money by doing as I asked, but he kindly and very professionally, solved the problem for me instead. His charges for the work were as fair as can be, as well. This I know because of the estimates I was given by others. I highly recommend Melvin. He is trustworthy and the absolute best!

Received immediate service. Yannick, a very pleasant and nice young man arrived to remove this nest very quickly and efficiently. It is quite a relief to have it gone, especially as it was just above my outside tap and hose for watering plants, which I couldn't and wouldn't go near until this removal.
