Long story short, don't sign a rental agreement, as the commitment to regular service was not honored. They refused to do an annual maintenance call as specified by the manufacturer, and as they themselves promote on their website. So I had to buy the contract out and pay for my own maintenance call, or face warranty being invalidated. Their buy out price after one year of rental was 98% of the original amount. Ridiculous. That being said, the installation was very well done, furnace and hwt working well so far.
