I placed my request for a technician on home start and within a minute Vitaly called me and said he could be at my home in less than 30 minutes. He showed up just as promised and did a thorough inspection on my washer. Unfortunately he determined that it would be an expensive fix not worth fixing. Instead of just telling me to get a new washer, he took the time to explain the issues with my current one, showed me the parts he would need to fix it and educated me on some of the better new washers on the market. Great person, great service, and will absolutely call him the next time one of my appliances goes nuts.
