Fantastic for underpinning (+ related structural work)
Working with Mark was great. He's knowledgeable, thoughtful, meticulous, transparent and reliable. He instilled confidence throughout the project. He dealt with issues as they arose reasonably, in consultation with us all along the way. The neighbours all spoke highly of Mark and his crew - considerate, tidy, etc. The quality of the work is high, and Mark was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend New Depths for underpinning!

Dmytro (site foreman) and the entire team at New Depths worked thoughtfully throughout the entire project - especially when it came to shoring and supporting floor systems, point loads, and multiple levels of masonry walls before removing significant load bearing walls at basement level. We also always enjoy meeting other trades and professionals on these projects and you really had a great team to work with (architect, structural engineer, finishers). I can't wait to see the basement come together - you're really going to enjoy those 8.5ft+ ceilings, open spaces, heated floors, and nice new big windows!
