As owners of some excellent components and the new Harmony 900, we were frurstrated by many system conflicts and poor performance. In a few hours Vince got the bottom of our component problems- turned out they all worked but suffered basic set up errors by the previous so-called install experts from well known "independent specialist stores". Now our entire system works beautifully, and simply through the Harmony 900 RF Remote. Vince has revealed qualtiy in our system that we never knew was there. His work was excellent and his price was fair. We will definitely engage Vince for additional work and further improvements.
