I signed up with Polaron in August of 2022 with the promise of installation by end of April/beginning of March 2023. Once i had paid them for the engineering etc. (~$4K upfront) they stopped communicating. I had to contact them to find out when my units would be installed and was met with either silence or the run around. Finally they arrived in late May unannounced. took 2 days to install everything. I never recieved any notification or communication from Polaron for the remainder of the project until my invoice for $5000 (government grant) showed up. The entire company is based in China and the Canadian branches appear to be run by foreign nationals. The app will not remain connected to the DTU (sending unit) and I have to reset it 2 - 3 times a day. It has been over 2 months, and I've notified them about the issue about 5 times (email, phone, complaint via their customer protal) and have not received a singal response. Expect them to take your money quickly and then never respond to warranty issues.

Polaron is a Canadian company with 5 offices across the country and we've been proudly servicing Canadians for the past 10 years.
