First contact to finished installation took less than 48hrs!! Easy to deal with, all business (with some friendly banter) from the moment they arrived. Steve and Jason were polite, respectful of our house, helpful with suggestions on installation options, and very efficient with their time. Above all, the finished product they left behind was perfect. Couldnt ask for a better experience. Price was well under what the large carpet chain store quoted and booked in less than two days as compared to the 2 weeks the store offered. Now thats a service worth recommending!
