The original stacking washer dryer combo was a bargain at $800. Which included bringinging up narrow steep steps to a barn apartment. How David ever got into this tiny closet to install it is a miracle. My tenant immediately broke the sensor clip on the door, due to negligence which he came and replaced for free. And carefully explained how she had broken it. That was 4 years ago. This week my tenant moved out and left the dryer a clogged mess. We cleaned it out but still wasn't working. I called David saying it wasn't drying. He had me do a list of checks, sending me screen shots to help, so I determined it wasn't the heating element at all. ($320 saved) Ductwork clogged in the ceiling. No charge, would not accept payment. I cannot recommend this company enough!
