Rosa in mid-Toronto

Our 2nd floor bedroom was pretty chilly in the winter and pretty steamy in the summer. We added a new flat roof over an existing small loft area, and had Four Seasons apply spray foam insulation to the existing roof and the new construction. Wow! What a difference it has made in the bedroom and I rarely set the thermostat in the new 3rd floor space over 18 degrees. Worth every penny. Four Seasons was completely professional, reviewed their work and clearly explained everything. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

We ordered replacement windows for the front of our house. Not only do the windows look great, but the installer who put them in was a wizard. Antonio was unexpectedly on his own for the day, so we thought maybe it would be a two-day job. No way! He had them in lickety-split--quick, neat, and tidy. Dealing with Nigel the salesperson has also been a pleasure. Great job, Dundas. Thanks!

John is a wizard, but since I didn't know that when I phoned him, I'll tell you why I hired him to help me out. I called him from the wrong side of my locked front door--my keys inside--and he asked me what kind of lock I had. He then provided me with exact information regarding next steps and this filled me the with confidence I needed to know I was hiring a real pro. Because John is a wizard, none of the worse-case scenario stuff happened and I was back in the house in no time at all. Thanks John!

The fixture in our third-floor shower was causing serious problems. It had an internal shut-off valve that ensured that the hot water did not flow into the cold water, but when that valve broke, the hot water was backing up into the cold water in all the taps of the house. Each time you wanted cold water from a tap, you had to let it run for quite a while before the water ran cold, not hot. What a problem--not to mention increased hot water costs. Flavio completely took care of it, and was very thorough in explaining how the fixture worked once he fixed it.
